Customize Navigation Menu Items
By default, WordPress will use the original name of a post, page, category for the text on the menu item.
But, if you want to change or customize this text, click on the right-side down arrow icon of the menu item, and rename the text > Save Menu.

To rearrange menu items, simply drag and drop them in the order you want:
