How to Add Contact Form in WordPress?
- Install the Ninja Forms WordPress plugin.
First, go to the Plugins > Add New section and install the Ninja Forms plugin.
- Go to the Ninja Forms Dashboard.
- Open the default Contact Me form.
- Default Contact Me form settings.
After that, move on the Emails & Actions tab and do the following settings –
Store Submission = ON (It will store the messages in your database).
Email Confirmation = OFF (This option will send a confirmation email to the users who submit this form).
Email Notification = ON (This option sends the form submission data to the site admin’s mail address).
Success Message = ON (This option shows the users’ success message of the form submission after submitting the contact form).
- Create the Contact us page add this form to the page.
Receive the Contact form submission data in a custom email
If you want to receive the contact form submission data in a custom email instead of receiving it in the site admin’s email, then go to the form Emails & Actions option and follow the same settings as on the following GIF image –

To see messages from your WordPress, go to the Ninja Forms » Submissions.
After that, select the form whose submission data you want to see.
